Currently questions are generated using the ChatGPT 5 model. After much experimenting, this was the model that made the best questions. The AI chatbot does limit questions it generates to the test subject. However, you can specify topics within the test subject for it to quiz you on!

No. At this time the AI will only give you a summary of your performance when you tell it you are done practicing for that particular session. It will not be able to recall previous performance. We hope to bring that feature to the site soon!
Unfortunately at this time, AI in general is not great at generating accurate medical images. But, AI is always improving (very rapidly!) and we hope to bring AI generated images into the question stems soon.
